One primary identity

Declare repo_type and primary_shape explicitly.
A Project names a core shape; a Knowledge Base names ki-repo-kb.
A general Project may use ki-repo-project as its primary shape.

Specialist shapes and supporting standards

Other Project shapes include specifications, Homebrew tap and chezmoi.
Knowledge Bases compose Streams, Activities, Live Artifacts and principal overlays.
Engineering, writing and work standards add their own concerns.

Website choices stay separate

Choose exactly one content or app implementation.
Cloudflare hosting is optional and independent of that choice.
Supporting declarations add no new primary identity.
