Knowledge Islands skill map Diagram

Each outer region is one source concern under skills/, the folder a skill lives in.
The functional areas are overlaid: a nested region names the home functional area, and its group, of the skills inside, and each sublabel names every area the skill serves.
Colour and the last word of each sublabel say when a skill applies: always on in every repository, automatic where its structure is found, opt-in once declared, or a command you run by name.
Each functional area has its own diagram showing what its skills rely on and what relies on them.

64 skills in 8 concerns and 10 functional areas: 2 always on, 19 automatic, 32 opt-in, 11 commands.
Regenerate with ki repo conform --skill ki-repo-harness; ki-skills owns the kind and applicability fields it reads.
