Mirror knowledge-base notes into Notion for people who do not work in the repository.
Pushes Markdown notes into Notion records and writes the resulting Notion URL back into the note's frontmatter. The knowledge base stays canonical and the mirror stays derivative — a read surface for readers who are not in the repository. It assumes no fixed root folder and no fixed wiki database; note, tree, and roots verbs let a caller drive exactly the subtree it means to mirror.
